Site-sensitive landscapes shaped by a painter’s eye, ecological awareness, and a reverence for place.
Offering landscape design, arboriculture, and pruning consultation across Bainbridge Island, Kitsap, and the West Puget Sound.
Ashley Lloyd
Founder of Lloyd Landwright, brings both artistic vision and horticultural fluency to each project — rooted in years of working directly with plants, soil, and site.
With a focus on trust and clarity, we guide each project from first sketch to final detail—so your landscape unfolds with quiet confidence.
Grounded Vision, Thoughtful Execution
Each landscape is designed to grow into itself — balancing structure with softness and inviting richness with age.
Landscapes That Deepen Over Time
We start with what the land offers—its light, rhythm, and quiet clues. From there, the response varies. Sometimes it asks for a full design. Other times, a conversation is enough.
What matters is that the result feels inevitable—not imposed.

Every project begins with a conversation. Whether you're exploring possibilities or seeking expert guidance, the Site Study is designed to assess your goals, the potential of the site, and how we might work together.

After the initial consultation, for those ready to transform their outdoor space, I offer comprehensive design services. From thoughtful site analysis to crafting immersive gardens and landscape lighting, I guide you through the process to create a space that reflects your vision and the land’s unique character.
Begin With an Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation is a paid, on-site visit where we walk the land, discuss your goals, and assess conditions together.
This visit provides professional insight and clarity before any design or planning work begins.
This consultation does not include drawings, plans, or design documents.
For some clients, this visit stands alone as arborist or landscape guidance. For others, it becomes the foundation for a larger design engagement.
Fee: $250

2. A steward of landscapes, ensuring they are not only designed but guided over time.
Origin: Inspired by the tradition of shipwrights and playwrights—craftsmen of vessels and stories—a Landwright brings the same level of precision and care to landscapes, creating spaces that evolve with time.
